Delivery timelines depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note that shipping estimates are provided by the carriers and may vary due to external factors like weather, holidays, or logistical delays. Dr's Siddha is not responsible for any such delays.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the delivery location and order weight. These charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once processed, you will receive an SMS with your tracking number from the respective postal or courier partner.
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

While we take utmost care in packing and dispatching your order, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
