Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations

• No cancellations are allowed for purchases made through our e-commerce store: www.drsiddha.com.
• Dr's Siddha does not support cancellation requests once payment has been completed through our secure payment gateway.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may cancel their orders before dispatch by emailing us at almaaorder@gmail.com or calling us at +91 74014 03035.

Fraudulent Transactions

• If we detect any fraudulent or suspicious transaction, or any violation of our terms, we reserve the right to cancel such orders without notice.
• We maintain a record of such activities and may restrict future access or purchases for the associated customers.

Returns & Exchange Policy

• As we deal with herbal and medicinal products, we follow a strict no return or exchange policy, except in cases of damage or defect during delivery.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at almaaorder@gmail.com or +91 74014 03035.
• If the received product is not as described or as expected, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Our customer service team will review your query and take appropriate action on a case-by-case basis.
• Please do not return products to the manufacturer. A valid order receipt or order number is required to process your request.

Refund Policy

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds.
• For prepaid orders, if cancellation is accepted, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment provider.
• After receiving and inspecting returned items, we will email you about the status of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be initiated immediately to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, UPI, etc.).
