Manufacturing Process

Procuring raw materials
We source raw materials direct from herbal suppliers and farmers only. Our supplies of products are direct and do not involve intermediaries which cuts down cost and ensures a short convenient process.

Quality check
Once we receive our raw materials we look forward in testing the quality to make sure that we involve only quality checked products in our manufacturing process.

Cleaning
Our raw materials sometimes require cleaning since they are completely herbal and natural products. We refine and clean our raw materials to double check the quality of the product.

Periodic check
We constantly look towards maintaining the quality and to ensure the quality of raw materials at all times, we conduct periodical checks.

Semi-finished manufacture of products
Our raw materials are manufactured into semi-finished products to make sure they can be made readily available as finished products when needed.

GMP
We go through GMP and complete our filling and labelling process. We transfer products into containers and label the containers that are ready for quality check.
